Blue & Gold Banquet

Tyler's cub scout Blue & Gold Banquet was last night.  They did a caveman/dinosaur theme, which was really cute.   We all had "caveman food" for dinner....chicken wings, fruit, veggies, twice-baked potatoes and rolls....stuff you could eat with your hands.  Then we had chocolate lava cake for dessert.  It was yummy!  Tyler had been asked by his den leaders to prepare a skit, since he's always spouting off so many dinosaur facts.  He played a professor, and Colby played his assistant.  They did a presentation on dinosaurs, and then showed everyone how to make their own fossils out of kitchen sponges.  They did such a cute job, and it was such a fun night to spend with Tyler!
