Thanksgiving was really nice and calm this year, as a lot of our holidays seem to have ended up. We went down to my parents' house for dinner, and we were lucky enough to have the whole family there. My dad hadn't been feeling well for a few days, so he unfortunately had to have his dinner in another room, away from the rest of us. Dinner was delicious! Thanksgiving dinner is by far my favorite meal of the entire year. After dinner, the kids played while the adults scoured the ads and developed a strategy for our Black Friday shopping. Even though we've had our ups and downs this year, we have so much to be thankful for, and being able to spend the day with family just made it even better!
