Our little sweetheart, Addison, turned one on the 8th! Boy, how time flies! It seems like just yesterday that I was holding a tiny little bundle in my arms, not sleeping for more than 3 hours at a time, and marveling at how tiny she was. Now, she loves moving around so much that it's a rarety to get to snuggly with her, she's sleeping 12 hours at night and 2-3 hours during the day, and I marvel at how tall she is. It's so hard to imagine when a baby is first born just how much they will grow and change in a year's time. Addison is walking all along the furniture and standing by herself for a few seconds at a time. She is learning so many words, and her favorites right now are "Uh oh" and "baby". She will eat almost anything, and insists on us sharing our food with her. She is such a happy girl, always smiling and laughing, and loves making everyone, especially her brothers, laugh.
We had a birthday party for her on Saturday with some family and friends. Addison loved all the bows and wrapping paper, and probably paid more attention to them than the presents! She got so spoiled - lots of fun toys, books and clothes. She got two baby dolls that she is completely attached to, and it's so cute to see her snuggle with both of them. She loved her cake, and probably got more on herself and the floor than in her mouth! It was a fun party, and fun to celebrate it with so many people! Here are some of my favorite pictures:
