We found out that we were pregnant on August 20, 2010. I had taken a pregnancy test earlier that week, and it had come back negative. By Friday, I still had not started my period, so I made Zuke go buy another (name brand this time) pregnancy test.....and it was positive!! We were so excited! Some of that initial excitement wore off in the next few weeks, though, when I started getting really sick. I've experienced severe nausea and vomiting with both of my other pregnancies, but nothing like this one. We made numerous trips to the IV clinic at the hospital, and at the doctor's office, before they finally recommended that I be on home health IV's. That made me really nervous, because it seemed like a lot of work. When they first dropped off all of the supplies, my living room looked like a medical supply closet! Luckily, that ordeal only lasted about a month, and the nausea seemed to let up a bit once my first trimester was over.
We had our ultrasound scheduled for December 8th, but ended up getting it on December 7th due to an unexpected fall (I tripped over my own two feet. I'm special.). During the ultrasound, we found out that everything looked amazing, and also found out that we were having a girl!! We are so excited!!
Like I mentioned earlier, we are now at 36 weeks, and definitely counting down the days! Earlier this month, while shopping for Addison's birthday, I randomly passed out and fell at the store. Everything checked out fine at the hospital, but it left me really sore for about a week. Things had just started feeling back to normal (well, as normal as third trimester feels), and this last Sunday I started getting radiating nerve pain in my back again. I unfortunately can't take the pain meds that I used to take for this pain, so everyone is kind of stumped on what to do. So for right now, I'm utterly miserable. Hopefully I can figure out how to get through the next 3 weeks until my induction date on the 21st. It is nice to have a light at the end of the tunnel, though! Everything looks good with the baby, and she's measuring right on schedule, so that is comforting. We're 95% done with all of the preparations, so I'm feeling pretty prepared. So folks, in three weeks time, at the most, we'll be excited to introduce you to our newest addition!

Oh I am so sorry about all of the troubles you have been having. And I glad that after your falls you and the baby were OK. Can't wait to meet her!
