Farm Festival

Last Saturday, we took the kids down to Payson for the second annual Farm Festival. It was held on some private property, and there were lots of vendors and activities for the whole family. The boys got to see some animals at the petting zoo, which was really fun. Kaiden just kind of stood and observed all the animals from a safe distance, while Tyler just jumped right in! After that, they each got to take a pony ride. Surprisingly, Kaiden wasn't hesitant at all about that. They got to wear cowboy hats (that were WAY too big), and rode around the arena yelling, "Yee-haw!" After the pony rides, we sat on the lawn and had some lunch. Zuke got a tri-tip sandwich, which was absolutely deliccious. He wanted to buy some to take home! We wandered around the vendors some more, and the boys each got to pick out a balloon before we loaded up to leave.
On the way home, we stopped at a pumpkin patch and let the boys each pick out a pumpkin. Tyler told me that he wants to carve a scary pumpkin, Kaiden wants a happy pumpkin, and that Addison should have a silly pumpkin. We'll see how they turn out once we get them carved!
