Only 9 more days!!! Yay! Yippee! Hurrah! I'd forgotten how stressful planning a wedding can be...especially from another state! Luckily, all of the wedding plans are in place (except for those dang favors) and things seem to be going smoothly.
Thank you to everyone who RSVP-ed! We are excited to see you down there! Just wanted to give everyone an update on the whole schedule of events that we have planned.
FRIDAY:
Zuke and I are staying at the same resort we will be getting married at. Friday for us will be full of last minute preparations, but we would definitely love a call from each of you when you get into town! We are planning on having dinner at a restaurant called Scotty's (at the request of my sister, Whitney) and then going bowling at Havasu Lanes, and we would love for everyone to join us! We wanted a night of casual fun, where we could have a chance to chat and hang out with everyone. We haven't narrowed down an exact time or meeting location just yet, but we'll keep you posted.
SATURDAY:
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon at the London Bridge Resort. Depending on the weather, we may be having the ceremony at the outdoor gazebo overlooking the lake, but that still has yet to be determined. Immediately following the ceremony will be a luncheon in the King Arthur room of the resort. Afterwards, we plan on getting a few hours to relax, and then are working on coming up with some kind of group activity that anyone who wants to join us is welcome to do so. We'll keep you posted on that, also.
Again, we are SO excited to see everyone down there, and are looking forward to a wonderful wedding day!!
